This Remington manufactured late variation takedown frame is for the later new model 4 rolling block rimfire rifle which requires the late variation takedown screw (sold seperately) that mounts on the left side. The overall condition is very good exhibiting a brown patina with some specks of rust present. This is the only part on the No. 4 rolling block rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Frames do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.  (file photos)
